SPECIAL MACHINES

The experience we have acquired of the different products we treat - from industrial brushes through to electrostatics and Corona treatment - has enabled us to become specialists in the entire huge field of surface treatments.
By using and combining the different available technologies, we have created a range of industrial applications.

The Dusters are machines that remove fine dust from moving plates or film. The mechanical action of a rotating brush is combined with the ionising action of antistatic bars and the aerodynamic action of the suction system. This is therefore the most complete and efficient dust removal system.

The Brushing Units are machines that eliminate deposits from conveyor belts. The rotating brush consists of easy-to-replace interchangeable parts.

The Cleaning Machines are used for cleaning two-dimensional elements with an A4 maximum size (e.g. electronic cards). The piece is restrained by special grippers and is manually handled. Rotating brushes detach dust, blowing bars act in corners and hard-to-reach points, and a filter suction system captures the dust.

The Corona Stations are machines treating moving pieces with the Corona discharge facility. Alternatively, the piece to be treated can be stationary and it is the discharge electrode that is made to move.
