Figure 2.5 shows the most simple shape for a linear strip brush.
Often one must manufacture more complex brushes, for example not having linear shape.
In these cases it is evident that the data on Table 2.4 are insufficient to execute the brush: a WORKING DRAWING is necessary.
Generally the drawing is supplied by the customer because of his knowledge of all the required dimensions. Our Techincal Department can guide you in planning the most suitable brush to solve your problems.
Finally, by using particular trimming methods, we can execute brushing profiles wich are not straight, in order to obtain a perfect fitness between brush and treated element.
